Tiffany Bryant completed her undergraduate degree in Biology, graduating cum laude from the University of Kentucky in Lexington. She was inducted into the Chi Omega Sorority and served with distinction on the Dean’s List. Ms. Bryant chose to further her education by acquiring a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Kentucky in 2005. She is a board certified Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
She is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, past member of the Kentucky Academy of Physician Assistants and Joseph Hamburg Student Society. Ms. Bryant volunteered her services at the Shriner’s Hospital and participated as a volunteer with Moveable Feasts, an organization that provides nutritious foods and other services in order to preserve quality of life for people with HIV/AIDS and other life-threatening conditions.
Ms. Bryant first came to Dickson in 2006 to work as a Physician Assistant with Dr. Koster Peters. She and Dr. Peters joined the staff of Dickson Medical Associates in 2008. Even though she works primarily in the Express Care Clinic at Crestview, she has many patients of her own following that she sees by appointment.
Outside the work setting, Ms. Bryant enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She is an avid fan of University of Kentucky college football.
A physician assistant (PA) is a medical professional who is nationally certified and state-licensed to practice medicine. All PAs are graduates of an accredited physician assistant educational program. Physician assistants obtain medical histories, conduct physical examinations, diagnose and treat illnesses, prescribe medication, order and interpret lab tests, provide patient education and counseling for patients of all ages. A Physician Assistant’s practice is under the indirect supervision of a physician.
